Your presence here is very meaningful to me. As you may already know from my message on the "About/Contact" page of my website, my dad, even now in spirit, is the Happy Life mascot. He and my mom always encouraged their children to create their own happiness.
Maybe you enjoy singing and dancing in your PJ's. Maybe exchanging that snow shovel for a rake to clean after a messy winter brings a smile to your face. There is something very satisfying about combing through everything and seeing that first bit of green sprouting from the earth each spring. Perhaps gaming, painting, working on cars, meditating, gardening, knitting, crocheting, writing, playing a round of golf, coaching a team, or supporting a charity or community in need makes you happy. Maybe it is whispering a quiet prayer or an intentional, peaceful thought or taking the time to read a beautifully written story in a good old-fashioned handheld book that makes a positive difference in your day.
Sometimes, it is simply saying "no" and feeling content with our decision to do so that can put our minds at ease.
There are limitless ways to create happiness in our lives every day. May this day be one where you feel compelled to create even the smallest bit of joy. I am excited about my little website in this tiny corner of the world and the products I have created that bring sparks of happiness.
